• Wrong on taxes. Fraley voted in increase taxes on family-owned small businesses.
• Wrong on illegal immigration. Fraley supported allowing illegal immigrants to receive taxpayer-funded benefits, and opposed requiring proof of identification to vote.
• Wrong on spending. Fraley voted to spend $8 million of Tennesseans' taxpayer-dollars on a party room at the Governor's mansion.
