• Wrong on taxes. Dennis Ferguson voted in favor of a job-killing tax on family-owned small businesses.
• Wrong on illegal immigration. Dennis Ferguson supports giving driving privileges to illegal immigrants, opposed prohibiting illegal immigrants from receiving taxpayer-funded benefits, and opposed allowing employers to require workers to speak English while on the job. He also opposed requiring proof of identification to vote.
• Wrong on abortion. Dennis Ferguson voted against a bill that prohibited Planned Parenthood from receiving taxpayer dollars.
