• Wrong on illegal immigration. Henry Fincher is opposed to allowing employers to require workers to speak English while on the job and voted against requiring proof of identification to vote.
• Wrong on spending. Henry Fincher voted to spend $8 million of Tennesseans' taxpayer dollars on a party room at the Governor's mansion.
• Wrong for Tennessee. Henry Fincher is funded by the same Big Labor unions who helped President Obama capture the White House and Nancy Pelosi rise to Speaker of the House.
