Dear Elected Official:

We, the undersigned, are concerned about the direction some of our lawmakers are taking in Washington concerning their desire to force on our nation a government run, bureaucratic health care system.

This government takeover of our health care will decrease consumer choice, increase taxes and medical costs, and drive a wedge between the caregiver and patient.

We believe our health care system needs reform, but not at the expense President Barack Obama and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi are proposing. We are taking a stand for conservative principles by signing this petition and urge our lawmakers to take a principled stand as well.
